All services are subject to scheduling availability, safety conditions, and site accessibility.
2. Estimates
Estimates provided by AXEFORGE Tree Co. are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. If unforeseen hazards or changes in scope are discovered, pricing may be adjusted accordingly. Any changes will be communicated when possible before continuing work.
Unless otherwise stated, estimates remain valid for 30 days.
3. Scheduling and Property Access
Customers agree to provide safe access to the work area on the scheduled service date. This includes:
- Securing pets
- Clearing vehicles from work areas
- Providing access to gated areas
- Notifying us of irrigation systems, underground utilities, or septic systems
AXEFORGE Tree Co. is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access or undisclosed hazards.
4. Property Risk Acknowledgment
Tree work involves heavy equipment and falling debris. While AXEFORGE Tree Co. takes reasonable precautions, minor landscape disturbance or lawn damage may occur during service operations.
Customers must notify us of sensitive areas before work begins.
5. Weather and Safety Delays
Tree services may be rescheduled due to unsafe working conditions including severe weather, high winds, lightning, or hazardous site conditions.
Safety of both our crew and customers is our highest priority.
6. Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in your service estimate or invoice.
Payment may be required upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made.
AXEFORGE Tree Co. reserves the right to charge late fees for overdue invoices where permitted by law.
